These terms govern your use of https://astartires.ca and any appointment, tire storage, or online order made with A-Star Tires ("we", "us", "our"), located at 935 St David St N, Fergus, Ontario. By booking with us or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Online orders are reservations
Placing an online order reserves in-stock tires or rims for you at the shop — it is not a shipped product. You'll be contacted to schedule pickup or installation. Displayed prices are for the tires or rims themselves and exclude mounting, balancing, and HST unless the listing says otherwise.
Confirming fit
You are responsible for confirming the correct tire size for your vehicle, including the sidewall size shown on your current tires or in your vehicle's manual. Our team is happy to help you verify fit before your installation appointment — please reach out if you're unsure.
Refunds and returns
If we are unable to supply or fit the tires you paid for, you will receive a full refund. For other returns, contact us within 7 days of purchase — tires must be unmounted and unused to qualify for a return.
Appointments and no-shows
Please arrive on time for scheduled appointments. If you can't make it, contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer. Repeated no-shows may affect our ability to hold future appointments for you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A-Star Tires is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
